Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Gather business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions.
Connect and integrate multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, Azure, etc.) into Power BI.
Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
Develop DAX queries and measures for complex data calculations.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to improve data-driven decision-making.
Stay up to date with Power BI updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M Language).
Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, or other cloud data tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Python, R, or machine learning models for advanced analytics.
Knowledge of Tableau, QlikView, or other BI tools is a plus.
Understanding of business intelligence and KPI-driven reporting.
